About Primary.Health

We build data-driven, human-focused software for the healthcare industry.

Let us help you create simple solutions to your complex problems.

Primary.Health’s Mission

Create and scale access to simple and streamlined healthcare experiences.

Primary.Health is working to eliminate long-standing health and social inequities and disparities by empowering inclusivity and illuminating social determinants of health through not only our software, but on providing services where they are needed most, including communities of color, unhoused populations, institutional settings – wherever people are.
Mission-driven

We began as a volunteer effort, comprised of ordinary people who came together to protect one community in extraordinary times. We retain that mission-driven focus on protecting communities through our evolution and growth.

Science-based

Throughout our company, we begin with and build upon facts. Therefore, we are, first and foremost, data-driven.

Partnership-oriented

Our success is credited to the many organizations and businesses who share our vision and focus, and we will continue to grow through partnership – with communities, businesses, and public health.

Leadership Team

We design testing/vaccination programs at scale for public and private sector
organizations, from high-capacity drive-throughs, to campuses and health care
facilities, to mobile pop-ups.
Andrew Kobylinski is passionate about bringing consumer-friendly solutions to a complex health care system. This core principle led him to create a simpler, low-barrier, more accessible way to run public health initiatives including COVID-19 testing and vaccination.

In March of 2020, Andrew co-founded Primary.Health, a software platform that helps government agencies, community-based organizations, school districts, and health systems organize, streamline, and automate their testing and vaccine programs. In less than a year, Primary’s team has grown to more than 75 employees who have managed millions of tests and vaccines administered across 15 states.

Andrew has more than 15 years of innovative experience working with digital health start-ups as a founder, leader and driver of growth. Previously he was Head of Platform at BetterDoctor, a platform that enables health care consumers, physicians, and insurers to access accurate provider directories. BetterDoctor was acquired by Quest Analytics, where Andrew led corporate development and oversaw the integration of teams and processes to create a unified provider network management system. He has also helped launch several consumer health portals including Healthline.com as well as search engines for Aetna, Genentech, and UnitedHealthGroup.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Andrea, and toddler, Lexi.

Rachel Keith, Ph.D., APRN, ANP-C is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and Director of Human Subject Services at the Environment Institute. As a regulatory trained clinician scientist, Dr. Keith combines her diverse skill set in basic sciences, nursing, community participatory research and clinical studies to understand how environmental exposures impact health outcomes, targeting prevention of cardiovascular disease and novel identifiers of early disease. Though genetics plays a role in susceptibility of individuals to disease, a larger portion likely comes from the environment, which can range from lifestyle choices such as physical activity and tobacco use to inhaled compounds such as air pollution or biotics like Sars-CoV02. Her research, including oversight of numerous clinical studies, seeks to establish how the environment influences both disease and the perception of risk, which has many policy and regulatory implications.
